We bought 49 Sarah's View in the winter of 2016.  It had been a successful holiday let for several years, but was badly in need of refurbishment and upgrading, especially the garden which was dominated by numerous overgrown conifers.

By late spring we were ready to welcome our first guests.  The trees were gone, the whole house had been decorated and fitted out with comfort and convenience in mind, from the pocket-sprung king-size mattress down to the last teaspoon.

Since then, we have welcomed many guest and had some memorable times there ourselves.  We love to stay at the cottage enjoying Padstow and the surrounding area, and to give back as much as we can.  We use Padstow-based Midas Touch cleaning and Padstow Laundry for our linen, as well as local contractors and building suppliers to maintain the house. We try to support as many local businesses as possible including some excellent Padstow fishermen and farmers.
